By Graeco philosophy, love could be classified to three levels — erõs, philia and agape. Based on this, the paper analyzes the three stages of enterprise PR''s mind — primary, middle and ultimate. The author analysis the relations between erõs and primary PR''s stage, philia and middle stage whereas agape and ultimate stages firstly, then reveals the relationship of the three stages. Finaly, the paper forms the optimum PR''s stage for enterprise to take — the harmony and extensibility stage.
