摘要

It is necessary requirement of our country enterprise human resource management by using scientific methods and means which could carry on the comprehensive synthesis evaluation to employee, norm the standard of employment work, improve the employment quality of the work. This article established the output tendency awl ratio DEA evaluation model (0-C2WH) by combining together AHP and DEA, embarking from these two method's respective characteristic, taking DEA as the central model, and AHP as the auxiliary model. This model overcame a lot of current decision method subjective strong weaknesses, whose evaluation results more comprehensive and more realistic.
