Carbon Nanotubes (CNT) are claimed to enhance strength of resins and composites. It is a cumbersome process to get effective dispersion of CNT in composites. Pre-mixed epoxy with carbon nanotubes are used to enhance the mechanical properties of carbon/epoxy composites. Mechanical properties of resins and composites such as tensile properties, interlaminar shear strength, and flexural strength were compared to neat epoxy composites.
