With a case study, this paper explores of a corporate project team of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) how to capture the key successful factors of the ERM first two steps to ensure the implication of ERM success in China. The article stresses the two phasesȁ9; importance to ERM and point out some pitfalls in them at first. Then, the research figure out those key successful factors which the project team need to capture to avoid those pitfalls with a case. At last, the paper stress that only the ERM team takes measures to meet the factors according to different corporate situations, ERM can be kept in the right direction.
