摘要

With respect to the problems existing in the traditional job of recruiting talents by colleges of universities, such as long time, information asymmetry, lack of communication platform and targeted information inquiry, etc., this paper makes an analysis of the exploitation of talents recruiting information systems, the school of economics and management, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, to discuss the practicability of network management for talent recruitment. Furthermore, it puts forward some detailed solutions, including role-level-based authorization management, recruitment program management, system data management and maintenance.
