摘要

University autonomy and academic freedom have no boundaries, the realization of academic freedom itself; constitute the constraints on the main body of university autonomy and the internal operation, which would require the universities in the process of self-government affairs, which ultimately come into being the formation of the internal academic staff to participate in the university autonomy fully.
