Application of TPM In Site Continuous Improvement

According to the theoretical analysis, this paper considers that site management is the first line-integrated management. Continuous improvement of site management is requirement that enterprises adapt to the environment change and obtain competitive advantage. This article analyzes 8s management, visual management, standardization management, lean production (LP), TPM, 6σ management. A framework of the site management based on continuous improvement is set up. Methods of site continuous improvement and their relationship are explored. Then the method of TPM is applied to the site management in Jiangsu Tianming Machine Group Co., Ltd so as to validate its effectiveness.
