The supervision industry earned rapid development under the governmentȁ9;s enforced implementation. Great achievements have been achieved after a decade of exploring, summarizing and enhancing. However, with the maturation of market economy, enforced supervision policy has revealed kinds of disadvantages which are harmful to steady development of supervision industry. Therefore, it is imperative to cancel the enforced supervision policy gradually.
