The incentive to the channel members of reverse logistics based on the principal-agent analysis

There're some inherent conflicts in the reverse logistics channel. In this paper, the author analyzes the individual characteristics of the channel members. For the practical application, the author sets up a principal-agent model, by which the key control points to incentive the members are gotten.
