Research on Combination Policy of Information Transmitting Channels in the Visual Angle of Topologic Homotopy

Explain the information management process with mathematic analysis to the channel between senderȁ9;s (information resources) space and receiversȁ9; (audienceȁ9;s) space. Prove homotopia relation is equivalent relation. Instead and combine the channels in homotopia audienceȁ9;s space considering some elements such as cost, speed, convenience, etc. The managers should select better index tools and transmitting channels which can benefit them. Provide a widely selecting scope to information managers with channelsȁ9; product & compound. One channel can be instead with an equal value one, and the unequal ones should be distinguished. It can deploy information resource effectively and make best management result.
