Research on Innovation Fund Evaluation Model Implementation Effect Based on AHP and Information Entropy

摘要

This paper presented the significance of innovation fund, designed the assessment index system of the fund which is set up for High-Tech Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) development. This essay application of AHP, information entropy, and statistical methods to construct evaluation model for a relatively objective implementation effect of the Innovation Fund was provided.
