As a leading company of the hotel industry, five-star hotel embodies the world's most advanced standards in every respect, it can be said that all the details are very important for a five-star hotel manager, there are different operating concepts in the management of Chinese and five-star hotels abroad under different cultural backgrounds, which causes the differences in business ideas, service standards, brand building, and which determines the differences in management mode between Chinese and five-star hotel abroad. So HRM is always a worthwhile exploring problem, which is the most important, variable and difficult to grasp. However what kind of HRM model should be China's needs? and what are the implications that Chinese can get from the foreign well-known five-star hotel group's human resources management model? To solve these problems, this paper proposes constructive suggestions of China's five-star hotel human resources management, based on the comparison of the model features of five-star hotel abroad human resources management, the present situation of China's five-star hotel human resources management and drawing on foreign scientific management methods and management experience.
