A Study on the Features of Community Support for the Elderly in Beijing by Comparison: Three Cases as example

1) The concepts are clearly put forward in all three cases,which reflect the strategies in the development of the support mode.The concept of Q community is No-wall Elderly People' Home; the concept of D is Retirement Community and the concept of N is Communication Platform to integrate community resources.2) There all are one core leading actor to develop the support mode in every case,the resident committee in Q,the real estate development company in D and civil affaires sector of the subdistrict office in N.The leadership styles can be concluded as community,market,and government separately.
