In order to increase reliability of wind turbine driven system,the 3D solid model of high-speed helical gear of wind turbine driven system for analysis was created by using UG software. The intrinsic vibration of the gear was researched by using ANSYS software based on vibration mechanics theory and finite element method. The natural frequency and modal vibration shape of the gear were calculated,and the characteristics of the vibration shapes were analyzed. The results reflected dynamics characteristic of the high-speed helical gear,established basic of dynamic response calculation and analysis for the gear driven system,and provides a reference for the gear driven system fault diagnosis.
机译:为了提高风力发电机驱动系统的可靠性,利用UG软件建立了风力发电机驱动系统高速斜齿轮的3D实体模型进行分析。基于振动力学理论和有限元方法,利用ANSYS软件对齿轮的固有振动进行了研究。计算了齿轮的固有频率和模态振动形状,并分析了其振动形状的特征。研究结果反映了高速斜齿轮的动力学特性,为齿轮传动系统的动力响应计算和分析奠定了基础,为齿轮传动系统的故障诊断提供参考。
