Based on ecological monitoring data of Longli Ecological Park in Guizhou province from March to September in 2008, distribution characteristics and chemical composition of acid rain, canopy rain, soil and soil water were studied. The results show that the frequency of acid rain in this area is 31.58%, and sulfuric acid rain is the dominating type. Acid rain has a dramatic leaching effect on leaves, and compare to that of mixed wood, the effect on pure pine is more significant. Besides, acid rain can also cause the leaching of base cations in large numbers, and the capacity of pure pine to buffer acid rain is weaker than that of mixed wood. Unbalance phenomenon of cationic and anionic ions’ content in soil water of different depth and forest stands are universal.
