A Study on Integration and Aggregation of Science and Technology Resources in Construction of Innovational Ningxia

To optimize allocation of science and technology (Son6;T) resources is a top concern of management and policy-making for all the countries in the world, We ought to realize that Son6;T resources are of the most significance among all resources and rarity is their most obvious characteristics. This paper compares lessons from world-wide practice in the integration of Son6;T resources. It presents the problems in the integration of Ningxiaȁ9; s Son6;T resources and proposes the target and task of the integration of Son6;T resources for innovation Ningxiaȁ9; s establishment. We present the suggestions to speed up the integration and aggregation of Ningxiaȁ9; s Son6;T resources.
