摘要

Since 2008, the financial crisis which was caused by subprime loan crisis in American has spreaded to many areas around the world, including China’s real estate industry. This paper describes the causes of the financial crisis in the United States, analyzes the responsibility of the real estate industry and the characteristics of China’s real estate industry. When the real estate enterprises face the dual pressure from market and their own development, It becomes remarkable how real estate enterprises actively and persistently bear their social responsibility to stakeholders, such as shareholders, employees, consumers, government, community environment, the entironment, and so on. This paper ,with Factor Analytic Method and by establishing Multiplication Factorial Analysis Model, with the relevant data of case samples(listed real estate in china), estimates synthetically their social responsibility, and analyses the major factors which affect the social responsibility of real estate enterprises and problems in accordance with the result, it puts forward corresponding countermeasures with a view to harmonious development for real estate enterprises in China.
