Access to Culture and Information through Library: a Perspective on Chinese Copyright Law Reformation

Free and equal access to culture and information is of great importance to the public in the digital age. Library is the infrastructure for equal and free access to culture and information. This paper aims to survey the library profession's perception on copyright law, analyze the library profession's attitude towards copyright law, identify the library profession's requirements on copyright law, and put forward a number of recommendations on copyright law reformation.
