Study on Development Strategy of TPL Enterprise Based on AHP

摘要

The development of third party logistics enterprise is good for first logistics enterprise and second logistics enterprise to strengthen their own core competitive ability and reduce logistics cost.This article has made a quantitative analysis to correlation factors affecting the development of third party logistics enterprise using AHP and gotten the weights of correlation factors.At last,it provides several strategies to third party logistics enterprise which have instruction significance to development of third party logistics,including training talents,innovating technology,strengthen add-value service,building strategy alliance,changing the concept of business and innovating corporate culture.
