This paper studies the new papermaking white water recycle system in wheat straw pulping and tissue papermaking process in Sund Paper Company.At present,the domestic wheat straw pulping and papermaking mills consume a large amount of water.Now papermaking engineers are studying the new water saving ways.The project of papermaking white water recycle system in Sund Paper Company in Jiangsu Province is studied.This project does not follow the traditional papermaking white water recycle systems which usually use air floatation process to recover pulp,and then pump the white water to the front water supply location.Considering that there are two kinds of products with different brightness in Sund Paper Company and the company has its own pulping product line,the project adopts one optimized water supply system.It simplifies the air floatation process and pay great attention to the different amount of white water used in different stages.Furthermore,it adopts the optimized water recycling way.In the first stage,clear water is supplied to the high brightness product line.In the second stage,the white water from the high brightness product line is simply treated and pumped to the low brightness product line.In the third stage,the white water from the low brightness production is simply treated and pumped to the pulping product line.Fiber is not separated from the white water in one stage.It is directly pumped to the next stage with white water.This project is easy and effective.The operation is also convenient.The company effectively save water and pulp through using this recycle system.
