摘要

In this paper,the hydroxy terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),amino silicone oil and maleic anhydride were chosen to modify the hemp stalk ground powder.A modified hemp stalk powder / polyurethane (PU) composite materials was prepared.The structure,property and water permeability of the composites were characterized by FTIR,SEM,and electronic mechanical tester.The results showed that modifier can infiltrate the pores of the powder,and form an effective chemical bond with PU,improving the interface compatibility and mechanical properties of the composite materials.The modification effect of hydroxy terminated polybutadiene is better than that of amino silicone oil,the modification effect of amino silicone oil is better than that of maleic anhydride.Because of the moisture absorption and wet expansion property of hemp stalk powder,the permeability of the composite materials has been greatly improved.
