The Analysis and Optimum Policy of the Supply Chain Management Facing the Green Manufacturing

The supply chain management facing the green manufacturing is a kind of enterprise sustainable development pattern, which can cause the entire supply chain's resources consumption and environment negative are smallest, and can effectively meet the green expense need which grows day by day, thus it enhances the competitive power of the supply chain, and eliminates the trade barrier.Therefore, based on the green manufacturing theory, this paper analyzes 4 main questions which exist in the traditional supply chain management. In view of these key questions, it proposes the optimized strategy of the supply chain management, carrys on the optimization of the supply chain's movement system environment, the supply chain members' choose and the exchange and management of information and knowledge among members and constructs the decision-making model of the supply chain, adapting green manufacturing pattern.
