In the context of global competition, globalization has made substantial impacts on the micro economic base of China, in other words, on China's industry and enterprises. The paper analyzes challenges and opportunities facing China's enterprises arising with globalization, and based on the analysis, the authors put forward ways concerning construction of core competitiveness of China's enterprises from perspectives of company governance, enterprises' strategy and company financial Management.
