Case study on architecture defense system of city entrance in Ming dynasty, China

摘要

The city entrance is the important part of defense needs, it was composed based on the Urn-city in the analyzed cases in Ming dynasty. Depends on the situation of cities, there were various composing bring to different architecture phenomenon in cities. The further study is to gather a definite cites' materials to improve the general pattern of city entrance defense system.
