摘要

With the emergence of knowledge-based economy and the arrival of economic globalization,the business enterprise faces the unprecedented opportunity and challenge. The traditional business enterprise management style hasn't adapted the request of the market situation and business enterprise development. Compared to developed nation, China is still a developing country. The core technique ability still has a very big margin. Focusing on OEM,this paper takes China's enterprises for example to explore how to transfer advanced technology and knowledge effectively through appropriate knowledge management in outsourcing, and finally to improve own innovative capability. The analysis indicates that knowledge management encompasses three stages of acquisition, absorption and exploitation, which are sensitive to the extent of communication, trust between copartners and the desire and ability of organizational learning in OEM. Effective communication, trust and organizational learning can improve innovative capability, which benefit the internalization and development of knowledge within the firm.
