摘要

This paper compares the performance of a total of 2 Megawatts (MW) of municipal photovoltaic projects operating in the City and County of San Francisco. These projects utilize a variety of photovoltaic technologies and balance of system components. In total 7 different module manufacturers have been utilized as well as 3 different inverter manufacturers.In addition, several mounting configurations and balance of system components were employed. Some of the projects feature roof-integrated membranes, while others feature conventional rack mounted designs. This paper details the energy production, performance ratio, and system efficiency of each project.
