@@The paper is divided in three main sections dedicated to analyze U.S-Cuban conflictfrom an economic perspective.The lst section point out my own perception of the mainsstages of this conflict, and its essence:Cuban national independence against Imperialistdomination of Cuba.The 2nd discuss the effects of the so call Cuban embargo andparticularly economic sanctions as an Imperialist political failure. The last section analysesbriefly George W. Bush policy toward Cuba and explores its perspectives.The paperassumes the ineffective Bush's Plan (2004 and 2006) to get a regime change in Cuba andthe necessity, even from an American viewpoint, to rectify this approach.
