Conduct New Index System for Evaluating Technological Capability in Power Industry

摘要

This paper presents a new index system for measuring the technological capability of power industry in construction.The framework is based on the theoretical model that technological capability is presented by: hard power,soft power and technological ability.By using this new index system,power companies can measure their technological capability,find their shortcoming of science and technology,and establish suitable sci-tech development strategy.
