SIO2 and ZnS are the main materials of accelerating layers in Solid State Cathodoluminescence (SSCL), and ZnO being a kind of electrons transport material is always applied to Electroluminescence (EL). For improving the performance SSCL, we prepared three devices with mono-side accelerating layer of SiO2, ZnO and ZnS. This three material not luminesing all be deposited one side next to illuminant layer (MEH-PPV). In DC 20 V, the three devices show different spectrum , which the devices of SiO2 and ZnO have emission peak 430 nm and 580 nm respectively, and ZnS's have both peaks that is strengthen the luminescent intensity. And the AC voltage could improve SSCL and reduce breakdown voltage.
