Study on the Principle of Administrative Reasonableness Control over Administrative Discretion

In modern administration,the common use of administrative discretion is a widespread phenomenon. The exercise of administrative discretion should be not only lawful,but also reasonable.By analyzing the meaning of "reasonableness" in the principle of administrative reasonableness,this thesis analyzes the connotation of the principle of administrative reasonableness,and profitably probes into the legal control of the principle of administrative reasonableness.
