Appraising and Optimizing the Model of Government Human Resources Informatization Based on GA

摘要

In information era,when governments carrying on Human Resources Management (HRM),governments either have not a standard,or have but set standard out of date,or too complicated to be used,etc. Those cause HRM difficult. In view of the competence of applying informatization instrument for government staff,the utilization ratio of informatization equipment for government staff,the proportion between the expenditure of investing in informatization and the whole expenditure and the degree of recognition and conscious information safety for government staff,we introduce the Appraising & Optimizing the Model of Government Human Resources Informatization (AOMGHRI),investigate and get the primary data of the 19 County-level governments of Anhui Province,solve this model by the means of GA,so its result has much more objectivity. This model can be used to direct governments to assess,select and train their staff systematically. Thus we offer the reference model for governments to find out the suitable talent and work out the best Personal Development Scheme.
