Unbalanced Relationship between Chinese Government and Urban Community Self-organization and Its Reconstruction

摘要

The relationship between Chinese government and urban community self-organization (CSO) is a hot topic attended by academia for such a long time. Presently,the basic relationship between Chinese government and CSO is unilateral control and supervision. Neither duty of government nor of CSO is clear. The way of reconstructing the relationship is to establish a scientific community viewpoint,to set up a crosswise and interactive network between government and CSO,to perfect legal system and to make both government and CSO understand their own legal status.
