摘要

It is an inevitable demand for actively advancing community management when China's urban social economy enters certain stage. At present,while China's social economy is all-round developing,there are still some urgent problems to be solved in e-community's management. From the respective of knowledge management,e-community construction is studied in this paper. Basic concepts of knowledge management and e-community are firstly introduced. Then existing problems of e-community construction are presented. There are four main problems existed in the e-community.The corresponding measures to speed the popularization of e-community are proposed from three aspects in order to strengthen and perfect the e-community management in China. At last the conclusions are drawn. The suggestions may be of certain reference value to the e-community management practice in China.
机译:当中国城市社会经济进入一定阶段时,积极推进社区管理是必然的要求。当前,在中国社会经济全面发展的同时,电子社区的管理仍然存在着亟待解决的问题。从知识管理的各个方面,研究了电子社区的建设。首先介绍知识管理和电子社区的基本概念。然后提出了电子社区建设中存在的问题。电子社区存在四个主要问题。从三个方面提出了加快电子社区普及的相应措施,以加强和完善我国的电子社区管理。最后得出结论。这些建议对我国电子社区管理实践具有一定的参考价值。
