Research on the E-community Management Mode of the Interaction of Multiple Bodies

The current community management mode plays a demonstrative role in facilitating construction of our country's community. It is essential for the stability and the development of society.However,aider the appearance of E-community that serves as the base and center of the social intelligence,the scientific construction of management mode of E-community seems highly important.This paper outlines the existing urban community management mode in China,analyzes the influence of E-community on these modes,and proposes to establish the interactive management mode on the basis of the management and service demands of the E-community. The mode is characterized by resident-oriented pattern,unified service platform,and interactive management of the government,community self-governing organization,intermediary organization and community Party organization etc. The paper contributes to the realization of public management and service and the promotion of socialist democracy at the grassroots level in the cities.
