Citizen Participation: Importance in Government Management and Practical Approaches

摘要

Along with deepening administrative reform and realizing goal of harmonious society,active and effective citizen participation has become more and more important in government administration. However,at present,citizen participation in China faces many problems. In order to improve participation system,this paper puts forward several suggestions,which are extending scopes and increasing forms of participation,perfecting institutions and laws about participation,guaranteeing fights of supervision,and using the experience of other countries for reference.
