This paper elaborates the situation of evaluation of E-government and analysis of the insufficient of Performance Evaluation of E-government,and put forth that in order to build a scientific and reasonable system and indicator for Chinese performance evaluation of E-government and establish a reasonable organizational structure of E-government,we must link the performance evaluation of E-government and the assessment of the official employment goal during their patriarchate. The performance evaluation of E-government must epitome the idea and policy-directed of "government is for the people".
