The Importance of Administrative Ethics on Constructing Harmonious Society

Administrative reform has been taking place for many years,and some laws have been promulgated in order to follow the reform,however,the events of corruption,fraud and power playing party are a continuous occurrence which causes an inharmonious society. One of the main reasons is the deficiency of the ethical practices by the administrative personnel as well as by other factors.This paper will try to analyze and discuss this topic.
