The Benefit Expression Mechanism for Farmer Workers in the Process of Public Policy Making by Chinese Local Government

The public policy-making by local government plays a more important role in the protection of peasant workers' rights and interests,for it is flexible,concrete and micro-control. Its scientific formulation depends on the perfect Benefit Expression Mechanism. Peasant workers are a big weak group. They should own an Benefit Expression Mechanism which is open,multidimensional and justice. In this test,the peasant worker Benefit Expression Mechanism is defined as the following three parts: the equality of peasant worker interest conveying rights; the unblocking of peasant worker interest conveying channels; the system guarantee of peasant worker interest conveying.In view of the existing situation,the text puts forward some solutions.
