Research on the Communication-based Diffusion Models of Innovation in Clusters

摘要

One of the most important reasons why the industrial clusters have a competitive advantage lies in the rapid diffusion of innovation in clusters. And the face-to-face communication between the enterprises' employees in the cluster is an important way for the diffusion. In this paper,a model of the innovation diffusion is established based on the assumption of employees' random communication and analysis on the diffusion process under two different situations is given. At last,we make some suggestions about the policies to speed up the diffusion and thus enhance the technology strength of the cluster.
