Mechanism Research on Administrative Ecology Management Based on Electronic Government Affairs

From a more comprehensive and dynamic viewpoint,this paper discusses that the modem public management should transfer from the traditional pattern depending on authority power to the ecological pattern emphasizing adaptability,flexibility and originality. As the result of information revolution,electronic government affair is one necessary and efficient approach To realize the sophisticated reform in public management. So the framework of administrative ecology management mechanism should be set up under the condition of electronic government affairs.
