Correctly Understanding the Administrative Guidance of China

摘要

Administrative guidance has been playing an important role in the economy and social life of our country. Because of the special statue,it is constantly causing fierce debating. The research of law on this aspect is obviously behind the development of practice,so it can not guide the practice effectively,even hardly explains the new emergency things in practice with existing theory. This article discusses the problem of administration guidance theory,the essence characters of administration guidance,the development and improvement in our country of the administration guidance,in order to help legislate and practice.
