摘要

As to the Chinese government,there exists some problems yet to be solved in the exploratory progress of marketization of public service,such as unclear objects of marketization,neglected or injured public benefits resulting from marketization,lacking market direction and quality-evaluating mechanism and so on. Marketization cannot really solve all the difficulties from the traditional utilities of public service. Therefore,based on the own national situation,the Chinese government should have the classification and differentiations to the public service reform. That is to say,the government should strengthen the leadership,supervision to enhance the service quality towards realms suitable to marketization; the government should provide the public service to enhance the efficiency towards realms that are not suitable to marketization and then make the great efforts to cultivate some social intermediary-organizations in order to realize the pluralistic supply of public services.
