On the Construction of the Response-type Government in China

摘要

The thesis tries starting with the system theory,making some exhaustive introduction on the concept. Analyzing the importance structuring the response-type government in China at present,it carries on general goals for construction of the response-type government,which is improving government's responsibilities to citizens and the quality of public services and make relationship between citizens and government to be better. Finally it puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on above basis. It expects to offer effective reference to the government performance in china.
