E-government Construction: People-Oriented

摘要

E-government construction is analyzed from government and the public perspective in this paper,and the solution is proposed that E-government construction should be people-oriented,which is expressed in five parts: to reinforce the propaganda for E-government is the precondition; the public is the center of E-government services; the content of E-government construction should be driven by the public demand considering regional differences; the government portal is the platform of E-government; it is necessary to balance the demands of enterprises and residents.
