The service modes construction for public information resources

摘要

Based on the public goods theory, this paper analyzes the attributes and characteristics of public information resources as one kind of public goods and puts up a general classification of it. It also conceives three basic modes for public information resources service. Through the construction of the modes and expounding the orientation role of the government in the theory, the public information resources can be shared better in the practice.
