Research on the Approach of Professionals Training for Emergency Management in China

摘要

Nowadays,given the context of the changing economy and society in our country,the emergency management becomes a mission which should be resolved immediately. Among the emergencies,there are so many problems that should be solved,such as the fund,the organization,and the human resource. And the most important one is the human resource. So we should take a look at the human resource of the public emergency management. And the core capability of the professional ties for the emergency management should be made. Finally,the paper explores the way to train professionals with the purpose of handling with the emergencies efficiently. In this text the importance of the professionals training for emergent response management is introduced. And some examples in Germany are used to fred a way to train our own professionals. We should train the professionals both in the academy and in the volunteers' teams.
