Establishing Dynamic and Diversified Provision System of Rural Public Goods and Constructing Harmonious Society in China

摘要

Environments are dynamic and for ever changing,and an ambitious nation must learn to adapt and concentrate on improving dynamic abilities in preparation for the new round of competition.With the development of economy,the improvement of exclusive techniques and the changing of consuming structure,the attributes of public goods changed accordingly. Owning to the dynamic characters and ambiguous boundary definition of public goods,the provision mode and principal parts of public goods should not stand still. And thus,to consider the problems of rural public goods,from the dynamic and diversified perspective,can conduce to a creative solution to the provision problems.The realization of harmonious society will,undoubtedly,depend on the efficient provision system of rural public goods. The establishment of dynamic and diversified provision system of public goods,therefore,will inevitably become an indispensable part of the construction of harmonious society.
