Study on Public Crisis Management and Legal Construction for Public Emergency Responding in China

摘要

This essay,based on a discussion of the basic theories of public crisis management,from the angle of administrative law and public management,analyses the status quo of China's public emergency legal system and acute problems,probes into the basic ideas and constituting elements of public emergency law,and puts forward a perfection proposal for our country's public emergency legal system.
