Researches on Protecting for the Third Party of Related Interest of the Administrative Acts

摘要

Focusing on the protection of the rights for the interested third party of the administrative acts,this article tends to categorize the third party into three kinds through the definition for the scope of the third party. This article also tries to explain how the third party comes into being,which is the main point of this article,and find the way how to protect the third party.
