摘要

We demonstrated the fabrication of single-mode optical polymer waveguide using fs-laser direct writing technique. By using a Ti-Sapphire laser (800nm, 130fs) provided with an achromatic lens and a motorized x-y-z linear stage, polymer waveguide structure was fabricated. The refractive index change between core and claddings was realized by adjusting the monomer concentration and exclusion effect. Three-dimensional waveguides were fabricated and single-mode propagation was realized.
